MainStreet Ads LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“we”, “us”), helps businesses run advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Waitlist signups: your email address, provided voluntarily through our website.
- Customer accounts (once our service launches): your name, business name, contact details, and information about your business needed to create and manage advertising campaigns.
- Advertising data: with your explicit authorization, we access your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account through Meta’s Marketing API to create, manage, and report on your ad campaigns. We access only the data needed to provide the service.
- Lead form submissions: when people respond to your ads through lead forms, we receive and store the information they chose to share (typically name, email, and phone number) and deliver it to you. We do not sell this information or use it for any purpose other than delivering it to the business the person contacted.
How we use it
- To contact you about the launch and operation of our service.
- To create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf.
- To show you reports about your own campaign performance.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not use your ad account data for anything other than providing the service to you.
- Your ad budget is paid by you directly to Meta. We never hold or process your ad spend.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it within 30 days. See our data deletion instructions for details. Disconnecting our access to your Meta ad account can be done at any time from your Facebook Business settings.
Third-party services
We use trusted service providers to operate our website and store data (for example, our form provider for waitlist signups). These providers process data only on our instructions.
