Data Deletion Instructions

MainStreet Ads LLC stores the following data when you or your business use our service: your account details, the businesses and ad accounts you connect, ad campaign settings and performance metrics retrieved from Meta, and lead form submissions (name and contact details that people choose to share in response to your ads).

How to request deletion

Email privacy@mainstreetads.org from the address associated with your account with the subject line “Data deletion request”. We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also disconnect MainStreet Ads from your Meta account at any time at facebook.com Business Integrations settings, which stops all further data access.

If you submitted a lead form

If you shared your contact details through an ad's lead form and want them removed, email privacy@mainstreetads.org identifying the business you contacted, and we will delete your lead information within 30 days.
